Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and in relation to the information that will come into our possession, for the purposes of the protection of people and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, we inform you as follows:
1. Purposes of Processing
The data you provide will be used for the purpose of carrying out CrashTest's preliminary activities;
2. Modalities of treatment
The ways in which your personal data will be processed include manual and computerised processing by the following subjects/offices:
- Cultural Association Livello 4.
- Any third parties appointed by the Association.
3. Provision of data
The provision of data is optional. Refusal to provide data will result in the impossibility of receiving the newsletter.
4. Communication and dissemination of data.
The data provided will not be subject to communication or dissemination.

The data controller is the Cultural Association Livello 4, with a registered office in Via Prà del Monte, 29, 36078 Valdagno, (VI), Italy. 6. Rights of the interested party
At any time, you may exercise, pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679, the right to:
a) request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data;
b) obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, where possible, the storage period;
c) obtain the rectification and erasure of data;
d) obtain the restriction of processing;
e) obtain the portability of the data, i.e. receive them from a data controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance;
f) to object to the processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
g) to object to an automated decision-making process concerning natural persons, including profiling;
h) request from the data controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning him or her or to object to the processing of personal data, in addition to the right to data portability;
i) withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal;
j) to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
